Jano Ben Chaabane

Jano Ben Chaabane, born in 1986, came to Berlin in 2006 and since then he has been working as a director and writer. Alongside successful duo “Joko und Klaas”, he shot and developed formats like “MTV Home”, “neo Paradise”, “Circus Halligalli” and “Duell um die Welt”. He directed the TV show “Schulz in the Box“ starring musician and entertainer Olli Schulz. In 2017, he celebrated his series debut as a director, head writer and showrunner for NBC Universal’s first German production, “culpa – Niemand ist ohne Schuld”, starring Stipe Erceg, Maxim Mehmet, Ludwig Trepte and Mehmet Kurtulus among others.
